About Sandeep Amar Guppta

What if your business struggles not because it lacks strategy, but because something deeper holds it back?

For over 40 years, Sandeep Amar Guppta has explored this question. His conclusion is simple: strategy is shaped by the leader's Inner Operating System. When leaders change the way they think, decide, and lead, businesses grow stronger and perform better. Known as The Conscious Profitability Man, Sandeep is an international keynote speaker, author, and creator of The S.H.E. Framework. He helps founders, business families, and leadership teams build organizations that last by aligning (S) Spiritual Dynamics, (H) Human Potential, and (E) Economic Strategies. His work in Family Business Succession is based on one simple belief: Inheritance is not Succession. True succession is not just passing on ownership. It is passing on wisdom, values, stewardship, leadership, and purpose from one generation to the next. A Fellow Chartered Accountant with a postgraduate diploma in Theology, Sandeep is also certified in Design Thinking and Interpersonal Neurobiology. He has spoken at Oxford University, The Science of Consciousness Conference, The ISUD World Congress, and leading global business forums. Through his speaking, advisory, and writing, he helps leaders build conscious profitability, successful succession, and lasting legacies.

What life has taught Sandeep

We have been living a myth that we must choose between spirituality and money.

Nature disagrees. It designed them to co-exist. To multiply each other. To thrive together.

To excel and thrive in life, nothing less than an integrative approach works — and nothing more is required.

A Journey of Success, Collapse and Renewal

"I was born in 1956 to a philosopher father and a spiritual mother - two beautiful souls who shaped how I see life.

As a child I was curious, rebellious and questioned every status quo. School happened across five cities. College mostly outside the classroom.

My background as a Chartered Accountant gives me a strong financial foundation. My study of ancient wisdom gives me a deep understanding of human and spiritual dynamics. That is why, when I speak about consciousness and profit, I am not speaking philosophically. I am speaking from 40 years of understanding what truly drives — and destroys — business outcomes and lives. Success came early. I thought I had cracked the code.

"Then it collapsed."

What followed was a decade of rebuilding — not just the business, but the operating system beneath it. I discovered what every leader eventually discovers: the gap was never in the strategy. It was always one level deeper.

That discovery became the S.H.E. Framework. Three forces — Spiritual Dynamics, Human Potential and Economic Strategies — that when aligned, make spirituality and money work together. And when they do, everything multiplies.

Today I work with leaders and organisations across four continents — helping them close the gap between strategy and results by upgrading the one thing no strategy addresses: the inner operating system of the person running it.

Beyond the Stage and the Framework

Away from stages, boardrooms and consultations, Sandeep is above all a family man.

“We tend to take our families for granted — I have made that mistake too. Whatever growth, success or evolution we achieve comes from the silent, unseen support and sacrifices of our families. It is our duty to return that love and create an environment where everyone grows together.”

He enjoys sports, travel, music and films. He believes each of us carries the responsibility to overcome the inner forces of lust, anger, attachment, greed and ego — and cultivate the discernment to tell right from wrong.

He often says,“If spirituality gives me purpose and economics sustains me, then family is where both find their expression. It is where life feels complete.”
