"I was born in 1956 to a philosopher father and a spiritual mother - two beautiful souls who shaped how I see life.
As a child, I was curious, rebellious, and questioned every status quo. School happened across 5 cities and college mostly outside the classroom. My background as a Chartered Accountant gives me a strong financial foundation. My study of ancient wisdom gives me a deep understanding of human and spiritual dynamics. That is why, when I speak about consciousness and profit, I am not speaking philosophically. I am speaking from 40 years of understanding what truly drives and destroys business outcomes and lives. Success came early, and I thought I had cracked the code of life and growth.
But life had other plans. In the early ’90s, everything I had built collapsed. My team of 20 was reduced to 3. Finances, health, relationships, all went downhill. I took every blow on my chin, kept smiling and fighting, as guided by my Guru’s grace. By 2002, I was broken, disillusioned, frustrated and exhausted. One day, when I was not able to take it any more, I walked to my Guru and told him, “I want to commit suicide.” He looked at me smilingly and gently said, “It’s your wish, but a very foolish one. You do not get a human frame easily.” That one sentence changed everything. My life took a somersault. I began to look beyond failure and pain, and started to see the deeper dynamics of life — the laws that govern life, growth, relationships, resilience, and grace.
Today, when I look back, I can’t help but smile with gratitude toward my Guru for making me walk through those ten years of struggle and darkness. They became my greatest teachers.The S.H.E. Framework — integrating Spiritual Dynamics, Human Potential, and Economic Strategy is born from my journey of success, collapse, and renewal. Today, my mission is simple: to share what life taught me — how to bridge the gap between strategy and results."
Beyond the Stage and the Framework
Away from stages, classrooms, and consultations, Sandeep is, above all, a family man. He often says, “We tend to take our families for granted — I’ve made that mistake too. The truth is, whatever growth, success, or evolution we achieve comes from the silent, unseen support and sacrifices of our families. It’s our duty to return that love and create that environment where everyone in the family grows together — in joy, understanding, and strength.”
On a personal level, Sandeep enjoys sports, travel, music, and movies. He firmly believes that each of us carries the responsibility to overcome our inner forces of lust, anger, attachment, greed, and ego; and cultivate discretion to discern right from wrong.
He often says, “If spirituality gives me purpose and economics sustains me, then family — whether personal, professional, or social — is where both find their expression. It’s where life feels complete.”
